Garden gate using cladding

Just had the cladding done on the bungalow and a little left over which i hope to incorporate into a new side gate. Any design ideas or pictures and has anyone done similar?

What sort of cladding? - plastic, metal, timber - shiplap, feathedge .... ?

It is composite cladding with T&G edges
