My single-skin, corrugated sheet, (single) garage roof is starting to show signs of nearing the end of its life. It's not leaking but the storms last week lifted a corner about 2 feet up before the weight of the timber stored beneath it slammed it back down (God is good). The garage is a very odd shape. the front left corner is rounded as the garage is on the corner of two service lanes, this means the doors are off-set, which in turn led to the right corner being kicked out, the triangular wedge shape running out from about a third of the way along the wall which is pierced by a door and window that run up to the roof plate. The left wall is higher than the right to pitch the roof, the walls being a single course of breeze blocks. If/when it comes to re-roofing what is a good, and cheap way forward?
