There seems to be a problem with the gallery, when I click the link I get:-

Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/wood/public_html/yourwork/index.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/ukworksh:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(/home/wood/public_html/yourwork/index.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0

Warning: (null)(): Failed opening '/home/wood/public_html/yourwork/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

I hope this is just a glitch :?:

That is good news, some great looking projects but not many workshop pics as yet. I'll try and upload a couple in the New Year

I have tried to post some new pictures to the gallery. I appear to do it OK and get a message about the picture being validated and reviewed. Will this happen automatically or do I need to prompt someone? I posted some last week and the pictures are still not there.

I still get that message (the first post) randomly when using the forum/site.
pressing reload overcomes the problem:
just thought you may like to know! (using win98 and winXP)

Yep, same here Steven. S'not a problem to reload, but as you say, Charley may want to know. Or then again, maybe not...

Cheers, Alf

P.S. Would you believe that when I went to post this first it did it again! In that instance it seems it's better to hit "back" rather than "refresh" if you don't want to type out the message again. Go on, guess how I know that... Monday mornings eh? Don't ya just love 'em?

Umm, I have not been able to get that error message to pop up (yet). Maybe deleting your internet temp files might fix it?

Charley,

I have been getting the exact same message all over the site
at intermittent times, refreshing or backing up and trying again
resolves the issue.

All started happening after the defacement episode.

Cheers

Signal, If you don't mind can you delete your internet temp files and see if that fixes the problem?

Charley,

I've cleaned out my temp files (needed to anyway) and so far, so good. I'll keep you posted.

Cheers, Alf

Edit: Sorry Charley, it did it again :(

pipper :( I still haven't been able to see this error message, can you do me a favour and 'copy & paste' the error you're getting?

Well wadda you know? I must have a very persuasive way with error messages...

Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/ukworksh/public_html/forums/viewforum.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/slawson:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: (null)(): Failed opening '/home/ukworksh/public_html/forums/viewforum.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

Enjoy, Charley :D
