thinking of subscibing for two years to fine wood working , how will it work for postage to the uk what sort of prices ect .it will save me looking for it in the shops .is it a good ex rate to the dollar at present .

frank

Frank,

There are some good deals on the US magazines, I subscribed to popular wood working for two years, cost $27 including surface mail. :D I don't need the extra speed of air mail at the higher cost.

Just don't look at the price of the machines in the adverts or you will be tempted to buy them.

delivery wise....FWW gets here maybe 2-3 weeks after it hits news stands in the US... the adverts can be more than a little sickening but the articles are worthwhile...

Hi Frank

Just do it, you won't regret it for a minute.

They have such a large market that they are able to invest in the magazine and throw people and resources at articles.

Cheers
Neil
