Furniture Workshop

Hi,

I have a furniture workshop in the solihull area and wanted to see if anyone would be interested in sub letting around 30-40 sq meters. The unit has 3 phase and is in a very nice semi rural location.

Ideally I would like to offer it to someone starting out, fresh out of college. Who could assist me now and again, and vice versa.

My workshop is well equipped with a felder combi machine, bandsaws and cnc etc.

I haven't quite sorted out the costs but should be under £100 per week. Would be available around Feb of next year.

I used to live in Yardley and have been thinking about moving into my own workshop for a while now, unfortunatley live up in Cannock now though!
