My sisters cricket club needs some free accounts software, easy to use, open source or anything suitable any recommendations.

Not free, but not expensive either - well worth the small outlay. I've been using it for the past couple of years, its simple, and my accountant loves it.

Again not free, but very competatively priced. http://www.sliqtools.co.uk/. They are a UK based company, and very responsive to any queries or suggestions. I used to use Quicken and changed to this. I find it easier to use, more intuitive and my accountant has reduced my bill as the information is compatible with his systems.

Sage Instant Accounts - isn't free, but the £100 or so it costs, it's well worth it. You can pay the extra £100 and get support - ring up and ask noddie accounting questions and they talk you thru them!

Definitely worth using.

thats what i use, very pleased and so straight forward.
