Me likewise......a big fine about the size of his pension pot plus a few years worth of bonus would settle scores nicely.

Won't happen though

He will use the James Murdoch defence that it was the weekend 7 days week and he did not read his emails on the weekend.

And will use Celebrities Lawyers R Us and will end up with compensation for the time he has not been able to spent on his yacht because he has been defending his name.
