Flood water in the workshop

My workshop is on a hill and we don't get much problems with flooding but with all the recent downpours water has started creeping under doors etc. Tights filled with sawdust do the trick and acts as a sandbag.....best to get the owner's permission first though.! Geoff

Best advice I can give you is to wait till she takes them off before filling with sand.

You've missed the point and got carried away with memories in the sand...... the trick is the sawdust...something useful to do with it. Geoff

I always keep a couple of bags of sawdust for spilt oil, paint etc. - it's often handy for quick clean ups.
