Hi Martin
Are the door panels veneered or solid they look great? If veneered which glue did you use?
I have just used some solid flamed Brazilian on a restoration project that should be finished tomorrow.

Yes you are correct they are veneered and have a 45 mm cross banding. It is hard to see but there is also a small applied moulding. In terms of glue, nothing fancy just plain old PVA. I was lucky and managed to get them pressed in a heated press which I have access to.

Do the pictures distort the scale in any way? Looks like it wants to be taller but could just be the pics.

Hi Mike yes it is a small it was the clients request due to their height. The pictures do not due its height issues any favours though, in real life it just about gets away with it
