Fixings for secondary glazing panels - what/where?

Hello

Rather hoping that one of you cleve rpeople may be able to advise me on getting hold of some replacement clips for the secondary glazing in my living room.
It was all in place when we moved in, but the plastic clips have rotted in the sun over the years and shatter easily.
There are two sorts - short, stubby ones and longer ones. The picture shows them combined but you can see where one becomes the other.

I don't want to permanently fix the glazing in place as the panels swing allowing us to open the windows,

What are they called? Where might I find some? My searches just show up glazing clips, which aren't the same thing unfortunately.

Thanks! Thos elook promising...but I need them in white, not clear. When I search for white everything seems to be transparent!

I think some the "white" ones are just because the plastic is slightly opaque
