Not easy is it? :shock:

Easy enough to turn, but sanding is tricky...

Nice result, Roohster. :wink: Yep, sanding can be fun, especially when it's well spalted like your piece. FWIW I try to reduce sanding to a minimum by using a freshly sharpened gouge for very light final cuts, and avoid the use of scrapers at all costs. Seems to work okay for me.
