Hey up folks,
Getting there with this router table of mine.. Was going to use regular green Moisture resistant mdf but when I rushed down to the builders just before Christmas they were clean out so purchased some generic hardwood ply, not ideal but hey ho..
So I'd like to put some sort of finish on the unit for protection / increase longevity and also to aid materials sliding along. Ideally I don't want to colour it / yellow it and don't want glossy, so satin or matt...
I have some old evil floor varnish somewhere, probably still got some non evil junkers stuff too somewhere though I think that yellowed if I remember correctly. Then I've got the usual oils but they yellow, may have some osmo satin on site now I think of it, and have some furniture wax...
What sayeth you folks??..
Thanks
