For those Festool nuts who may be interested, they have recently added the TS75 plunge saw to their aresnal. As with the other 2 models the number relates to the 75mm cutting depth.

I was speaking to one of their dealers and although he did not know the full details he did say that one improvement was the spring loaded wedge at the rear of the blade.

Does anyone else have any more details, such as price, any other improvements>

Regards

Woody

<nothing like resurrecting an old thread>

HS,

Now you've had a chance to play with it, what do you reckon to the TS75? Can you compare it to the TS55?

Do Festool measure cutting with or without guide rail (and how much difference does it make) ?

Thanks,

Pete

Hi Pete - it is measured without the rail - take 5mm off for on-the-rail cutting depth.

Cheers,
Neil
