I've been looking at the festool angle attachment for the TS55 guide rail system, a bit pricy at 62 GBP. Does anyone have one and are they worth the expence etc?

Negative and positive responses welcome.

Hi Waka,

I have it and like it. It's nice if you need to fit boards, tops etc. in corners. If you want a jig for accurate 90° angles, I'd recommend to buy a large engineer's square.
John Lucas did a nice improvement on his angle unit. I've been tempted to try the same but I can't convince myself to drill a hole in my angle attachment.

Hope this helps,

Christian

Guys

Thanks for the responses, I especially liked the workshop demo, also after reading the thread from Woody and convinced that this is the way to go.

I can use the money I'd have spent on going to all the shows.
