I want to build some fitted wardrobes in a bedroom and was thinking of using face frames and in frame (as opposed to overlay) doors.

I am thinking of hanging the doors with traditional hinges, unless anyone has a better idea.

I would like to have some pull out draws or baskets too

I am thinking 50 x 25mm face frames, so can anyone point me in the right direction for some offset runner’s pleas.

Can anyone recommend a decent book or plans I could obtain as I have never built any joinery with face frames before.

Use battens where the runners go to pack them out flush with the face frame

You can get the Blum type hinges for inset doors like you would use for overlay doors, they give you a bit of adjustment if needed.

If the drawers are going behind the doors don't make them the same width as the opening, you need to allow for the thickness of the door when it's open.
