Hi everyone
Here is my latest monster
This birdhouse is made from 70 yr old barn boards and stands 6 ft tall.

I still have a few things to finish like the roof and steel railings.
I will post a finished pic when it,s done.

Your birdhouses are fantastic John. I do hope the birds appreciate them. So much detail and work has gone into them. Keep it up. :D

Dom, I take it you are referring to that little wooden building in the background, behind the tree, right hand side first picture.

Bird house looks amazing.

Landed gentley obviously live at that property, so perhaps you should have a gate house type building at the beginning of the estate like this.

John your work amazes me every time you post, :D This latest bird house/condominium  looks very much like the Tower of London :D When will we see one like Big Ben?

John what hole diameters do you use for different species of bird?

Thanks Lord Nibbo
That's a great idea
I usually get my ideas from old buildings here in Canada but i never thought about going over sees.
I really love the old buildings and structures the most.
They have a lot more character.

I will do a Google search and see what i can come up with.
Thanks again
john

John,

I have to agree with Lee you are clearly quite mad.
I admire your craftsmanship however.
