On choosing a Youtube video, the following screen appears.

Black screen with the words in white showing ( An error occurred please try again later!)

The chosen video appears after a short while??

Please help...

It might be an issue with the advertising that's played before the video, rather than the video itself.

I used to get thiss for the past 4 months when using AVAST Secure browser. Now removed that app and back to using Chrome only and its all cleared up.

Can you post a link to the video?
That way everyone can see if they get the same error & report back.

We also get this and it's damn annoying. We paid a small sub to watch the three episodes of Zen. Managed to watch one from start to finish without interruption. Started watching Episode 2 last night. Fifteen minutes in. Black screen ..some message about we're having difficulty playing this...choose another video or some such.

I have a theory. YouTube servers overloaded. Solution ? Dump some viewers. Now if you're YouTube are you going to dump the multi-thousand subscribers to the latest blockbuster (which is almost certain to garner a load of grief on social media) or a lot of people spread out in two's and three's watching some ancient series like Zen?
