A kind spirited new member of our club has control of a building site and at the weekend allowed a membership working party to wield the chainsaws! Last week his team cleared the site of the trees that had been designated as needing to make way for the houses and kindly left them in a monster pile of trunks. We then processed the best of them into what will become turning blanks for club member use. I've just finished end sealing them with Keith of this parish. A fair old haul I can tell you :)

I think you're going to need a bigger woodshed!

Funny you should say that....our club's chairman has suggested we build a wood storage area at the point two of my house walls meet to form an L shape. Ever get the feeling the "club" has cottoned on to the fact you have a bit of space and has decided you're now the official landing zone for bulky items

All in all, I think it was a good day, with a lot of progress made and a lot of space at yours filled... Nice of the chairman to have you as the designated storage yard! When's the "extension" due to start then?
