Instant nostalgia for those of us of a certain age - from a time when youngsters were positively encouraged to play with corrosive, explosive chemicals and to build potentially lethal boilers and gas plants :).

Quite a bit of woodworking as well as stuff of general interest.

Lots of diagrams, so the text files are a waste of time. I recommend the PDF.

I know I had that book when I was a kid. Thats what I used to ruin dads saws and chisels And it got me interested in Steam Engines. Alas that was one dream I could only think about drool when I went to the steam engine shows but never afford. "Murica" needs to go back to them days. Could almost make me cry :cry: :shock: :shock:
