Recent dealing with EB:
Lost my bandsaw rip fence during a house move (took it off so it wouldn't get damaged!).
Anyway - emailed EB to ask if they had a redundant / bitsa fence I could mod etc to fit - emailed back - No they haven't, but, as a gesture, would send me a nice new one foc!
Now thats Customer Care!
