Just searching for a tool and stumbled across this :-

Don't own a lathe (not enough room) but thought it might be of interest.

I have no connection with this firm at all and have no idea if its great or rubbish.

They are a nice novelty and easy to make if you have a pen mandrel. You need the bushes and the right drill (13/16 if I remember).

You can get the kits cheaper - try e.g. Pencrafts web site
