I've had these masonry drill bits at least a dozen years. Cant be sure of the exact date as I have a large assortment and they get used on a "nearest to hand" basis.
Anyway, drilling a hole in a breeze block wall, no rebar involved, and one twisted! I have never seen that happen before in all my years. Fitted the next to hand, and yup, so did that one. Instantly, 1 second after pulling the trigger. :shock: :shock: :shock:
It was third time lucky, that drill bit carried on to make a few more holes, and is ready for the next call to arms.
