DW 788 Cupped Table

There have recently been reports that some DW788 scrollsaw tables are cupped, sometimes with a crown that's as much as ⅛" higher than the edges. Those of you who have such a machine (and I realise there won't be many) might wish to check your own against a straight edge.

Those of you who have other machines might consider checking the flatness of their tables anyway.

Thanks for the warning. It's becoming more and more apparent that the modern Dewalt machines are not what they should be.
