I am looking for a small really cheap dust extractor to collect dust from a random orbit sander. I don't really want to spend £100 plus for a machine that is only going to run 1 power tool occaisionally, any ideas?

Keep an eye on Lidl for their wet and dry vac when it becomes available. About £60 if I remember correctly.

I bought a Karcher wet and dry vac for £50 online (Tescos I think) and it's great. Will do your ROS no problem. I use it for all my dust extraction.

For about the same price you can get a Titan wet and dry with power take off from screwfix. I bought one a couple of years ago and it has worked a treat. Loads of suck and can work as a blower as well. Screwfix also sell hepa filter bags for them too.

Hi CLK I'm interested in the cotech cleaner. 1 bag is £11, are they reusable and can they be easily emptied, or is it a new 1 every time?

I can't say for that vac specifically, but I use a Tenant and the bags are very similar.
Mine aren't made to be emptied and reused. But I cut down one edge then I can empty then fold the edge back over a couple of times and use a tight fitting plastic spine to reseal it.

* These were not the ones I bought, simply the first link I found.
