Dust/wood chip collector

Is there a collector that can work when reduced from 100 to 63millimetre,? the ones I've looked at advise against it. :? :?
So I can use it with smaller tools.

I've got a Numatic nvd750 which works with either 100mm hose or 32mm (for power tools).
I bought it for it's versatility.
You might be able to step down from 100mm to 63mm with an adaptor but I've never tried it myself.
