Howdy Folks,
Had noticed that the performance of my dust extractor has been dropping off a lot recently. Whilst trying to work through big piles of sawdust I was forced to investigate. In the past it has sucked up pieces of timber which have jammed in the hose. No problem there. Undid the screws that hold the motor and bits onto the body-nope, all clear there. Lots of head scratching and cups of tea later I found the cause (whilst picking a pencil up off the floor....) Have a look......

Its a special tool for getting polishing rags clean. I'm guessing its a Jet based on the colour. Cor, you really have everything, don't you Philly :p :lol:

Feeling pleased with myself 'cos I don't need to put up with a washing machine in the workshop anymore
