Really? You'd go to all the trouble of putting in a run of smooth bore pipes with swept bends to reduce the resistance and turbulence, then put a piece of christmas tinsel in there?

The flow restriction is really nominal, and you can always use it like a large scale pipe cleaner.

I'd love to see someone with the ability and knowledge actually do some tests on all this. Whichc method is better, which methods actually do nothing etc. I see so many put stuff on the outside and then you see others saying outside does nothing you need to be inside.
