I'm on the lookout for a drum sander.
I guess somthing like the, now discontinued, Axminster st-480 (supermax 19-38) looks around the right sort of size, but the smaller one, or the next size up are both fine too, although the conveyor on the smaller one looks less usable.
I don't want a massive 3ph unit.
I'm only looking at one to finish off parts off the router table, and just flatten off any movement that they've taken on after cutting. I make small things, not dining tables.
I live in Devon, but pallet rates, whilst high at present, are not unthinkable. If need be I would mail order a bunch of ratchet straps and list the seller as a delivery address for them.
