Adam, that is a nice solution to the undersized DP tables for woodworking. It's one of the handiest thing woodworkers can add to the shop. Much nicer to have a large table on the DP than trying to get by with the OEM tables 8)
 
Nice one Adam. Made something similiar recently - and it's really changed how much I use the drill press. Thing is I really need a slightly bigger drill press - can't ever get anything underneath my one - especially now I've added the table!

Dammit, Adam, I wish you wouldn't spring surprises on us like that... :lol:

Very nice; makes a helluva difference, doesn't it? Just don't skewer yourself on the snail as you go to adjust the height. 8-[
