Depending what you are doing you can use the normal ones but their load capacity is greatly reduced, guess you could double up on them for more support.

I used them on a pull out shelf under my microwave to stand plates/bowls etc on, never had any problems with it but wouldn't sit on it if you know what I mean!

We used the Hettich Quadro runners for years with no problems.
Excellent smooth action with soft close and the newer version with the adjustable back plate made set up really easy. Only down side is they are quite pricey.
 
Thanks for the suggestions. I might change my design so that I can use side mount runners instead. For full extension they take all the weight in the right direction.
 
I’ve got those and used them in some drawers I made for my workshop. They work very well but the aesthetics aren’t great. Mrs. memzey wouldn’t have them in the house but your situation may be different. They also don’t have soft close (at least my ones don’t).
