When pyrographing the base of your bowl make sure you don’t forget the letter”c” in sycamore!!

Maybe it is just putting a freudian slip to good work

Perhaps Sycamore is tired of being described as ill (pronounced syc=sick) so Syamore could be expressing love - ("Say amore" as in italian)

Thats blown my grey cells too - back to work now ...

Bin there, done that If you carefully sand the 'Sy off of the front it will be OK. That is as long as you haven't used toooo much wellie in the first place :mrgreen:

The last time wasn't my fault, 'onest gov!' I was doing a set of 6 coasters and the lady who I was doing them for spelled one of the names wrong. I was able to vvery carefully sand out the mastike and re-do them!

If it is on the underside then you will probably get away with it? Failing that you could always swear blind it's either the Gealic or French spelling :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
