Does this look like water damage?

Hey All

See picture as I’m wondering if this looks like water damage via end grain? If so should I get some wood preserver and seal the end grain whilst we are in hot weather?

Looks to me like stains from water getting in through the plastic panel seals.

Yep, looks like the seals on the roof bars ain't stopping the water.
Rafters could be a bit further back from the edge of the roof as well.

Interesting as I’ve not experienced any leaks at all

Could it then be from condensation on the inside of the glass ?, especially in winter. freezing out, warm in, then finding its lowest point and running down.

Think if figured it out I’ve been putting off putting the end caps see picture below
