Just a quickie, ordered from all 3 of the above places on sat morning.

Axminster spent £57 - delivery free- received Tuesday

Dm-tools spent £70 - delivery £6 - received Tuesday

Yandles spent £66 - delivery £9 - not received yet, rang this morning (wednesday)they have not even sent yet, they didn't have an item in stock and wanted to offer me an alternative.

£9 for delivery from yandles and 3 working days later I had to contact them! Not good.

I know most courier companies charge between £4.50 + vat and £5.50 + vat depending on volume to why do yandles make profit from the delivery charge? Especially when the service is not too clever.

Well done axminster and dm-tools though! Good service.

Seconded on Axminster service - I ordered some clamps as part of an offer and they sent substitutes I didn't like instead of the offer ones as it was over subscribed - long story short once the original clamp resupply arrived at Axminster, they sent out the right ones and delivered by courier who also collected the old ones at the same time - couldn't be simpler.

I just used another company for the first time. powertool supplies, I ordered a festool cxs set and the new sys mft which at the time wasn't out yet.

They sent the drill out last week (next day) and the mft is due tomorrow and it was all free delivery. Great service as they have obviously had to pay for two separate deliveries rather than one.
