Dewalt D26204K Guide Bushing

I want to pick up a set of guide bushings for my Dewalt D26204K, but it looks as though I first need an adaptor to use the kits.

The Leigh adapter works very nicely for me. I have a different set of guide bushes which look identical to the ujk ones.
