Delta Oscillating Sander 99.95 from Rutlands

I've just seen the Delta Oscillating Sander advertised on the Rutlands site for 99.95.

Does anybody have one or know what they are like?

I haven't used one, although I currently have the Delta bandsaw - which I think is excellent value for money :lol:

I made my own one but im very tempted by the Delta at that price.

Only problem I can see is the bobbins use a sandpaper in a sleeve form, where would one buy these?? ive looked in Axminster but couldnt find any.
