I do quite a lot of veneering, but always either vacuum based or with modern glues. So I was looking for some guidance on traditional methods and came across this DVD.
Unfortunately it's pretty bad.
The production quality is very amateurish, it uses a hand held video camera, ambient internal lighting, and what sounds like the camera's internal microphone. The work swims in and out of focus, the camera jerks around, and within a few minutes you're feeling pretty queasy!
Shame, because the content's okay, just it's obscured by the appalling production quality.
Bottom line, save your money, you'll find better instruction on You Tube.
