Hi All,

Before the spring comes I wanted to ask if anyone has any tips on keeping the spiders out of the workshop.
I hate those pippers and the webs are a nuisance.

Thanks.

Aren't spiders the natural prey of snakes? Harry Potter seemed to think so in his latest movie. Perhaps it just needs Charley to hire out his natural fauna for a few days...

Alternatively, you could try scattering derris powder and the like around the workshop. Working on the principle that this stuff repels all sorts of bugs in the garden, it ought to discourage spiders too when they realise that there's no food supply for them. I've never tried it myself because if I ever see a spider I just get HWMBO to do his husbandly duty. In theory, though, it ought to work.

Yours

Gill
