cutting out hearts and angels which saw

Hi all
Whats the best machine for cutting out wooden heart and angel shapes. Band saw or jigsaw or scrolling jigsaw like the awfs16 or scheppach deco 402. would a hand held scrolling jigsaw though im wanting to cut out a good number of them.

Depending on the thickness, intricacy and size, stack cut on a bandsaw or scroll saw I would suggest.
