I have no recent experience of H of W/T tools but being based within spitting distance of Sheffield, their tools used to be produced by good manufacturers sourced locally - Sorby in the case of my thread chasers (~4 years ago - even having Sorby's name on them) & what looked to be Hamlet for the rest of the tools I bought from them.
So I would be surprised if they don't still do that and so the Cryo may be Hamlet/Henry Taylor.
What I particularly liked about their tools was that they were almost all available without handles - No coals to Newcastle! And if you were feeling particularly lazy you could always buy a handle or a ferule.
