Correct tension on my bandsaw blades

Hello
I have an Axminster Trade 2552 bandsaw.
But I am not sure how do I get the correct tension on the blade.
There is a sort of guide on the back of the top wheel - but I find that to be not very accurate.
Can anyone help ?
