Having a clear out, and found this hiding with an accumulation of Stanley 45s. It has the same system as the 45 for locking the cutter – wingnut and cylinder with a tapered flat, but the blade and its orientation are skewed. It may not be complete, as there is no centre section. Handle and knob are Stanley-ish. It has no markings.
I’d be grateful if anyone can put a name to it. Thank you.

I hope it's an incentive to carry on tidying - and you find the rest of the bits when you finish the job!
