If you can't find one on ebay I would fire emails at as many dealers as you can find. The T2000 is a very common lathe and a lot of dealers will have a stash of bits. Downside is you'll have to pay dealer prices! In no particular order I'd try

Blue diamond machine tools in durham
DN engineering in willenhall
Jet machinery in oldbury
I've dealt with most of those and they've all been very helpful to me in the past.
