Is anyone on here any good with CNC's.

I've recently built a machine and struggling to get the software operating correctly.

The machine is a Bulkman QueenBee PRO, using a digital dream uc300 controller and mach3.

Main issue is I can't get the home switches and estop to work, can't get any of the inputs to work to be honest.

any help appreciated.

I've just downloaded the uc300 manual and there is a good section relating to Mach3, have you been through all of that ?

I would also recommend this forum for cnc users; MYCNCUK

Is it mach that you are using?

If so, the initial thing to check would be the ports and pins section.

I'm assuming it's all pre made cables and the like so you can read off the machine docs what pins are in use for the switches?

thanks for the input, I had dodgy crimp on one of the remade cables, its was giving any power to the IO power.

Now battling with setup in mach 3, its jogs about smoothly but when I try calibrate the axis its jitters.
