A few years back I had to cut some round tenons on square spindles for a staircase. After a bit of head scratching I drilled the ends with a holesaw then removed the waste on my table saw. While bored tonight I was looking around you tube and spotted this clever jig for doing them on a router table. Thought it might help someone here.
