I've had a CBS12WV a few years it was given to me, it is still in very good overall condition and works very well but recently the drive belt started slipping. On examination the drive belt cogs were worn down to almost nothing. The cause seems to be the belt tensioner. All that's left on the tensioner shaft is an E clip and an odd piece of loose fitting tube about 2mm long, which is probably part of the remains of the original item 35 of the parts list. I expect it was an idler pulley. Item 35 is no longer available from Machine Mart. So I'm going to make something. Can anyone supply any detail required to make a replacement?
