There we are, all set to start making a Futon Bed with my Son.
Saw to length American Oak and get ready for thicknessing. Set up Maxi 26 and off we go. Half way through - what beautiful wood - then horrible noise from motor. Maybe belt has come off ? No chance. motor has shot itself! Maxi still under waranty so reconcile to phone on Monday for replacement motor. Just phoned Record Power - guess what - closed to the 5th. :x
