So I am very pleased to have got a Festool TS55 today, so obviously I needed to house it in the workshop, so after the Turkey was plonked in the oven I just popped out to the workshop to put my new toy away.

So to put it away I had to make a could of brackets for the rails! Not sure I should have been doing this on Christmas Day, but I enjoyed 30 minutes away from it all!

I made them close enough and with enough depth so I can put another 800mm rail in as well.

Good job, but I would place the rail upside down so you don't put pressure on the guide rail splinterguard. It comes off easily enough without any additional help!

Actually that's what I did but I turned them the other way up so the writing was the right way up. The other edge is also wider so it's more stable the other way up.
