Sods law when you need them they always seem to go at same time.

First the ball cock on WC overflowing so away for new washer with the pin, dismantle and replace. Quick and easy. £2.50 as well???

Second while outside seeing the overflow to WC was leaking looked up and the overflow to Water tank dripping. Away for a new ball cock and washer from Brother in law from his van of spares had no washer for above though, again in loft, cut water and drain tank a bit and dismantle and refit.

Sitting at a cup of tea, Friday when this all happened, good lady states radiators are cool. Take off thermostat and start donking the pin that regulates flow through to radiator, dislodge it and it fair warms up nicely. Decide to look at all the rest and give a bleed for good measure.

Heating and plumbing a ask you.

Sliding blind connection broke

sliding patio door stiff

wardrobe door handle cracked
Bath mat perished.
I am sure there was something else
