Centauro bandsaw refurb

I picked up the new bandsaw today.





Nice little machine. Well built, nice n simple. But a fair bit of rust, missing the rip fence, no DOL starter, blade guard needs mending and generally a bit of TLC.

So I stripped it down and will give it a refurb. More pics to follow.

Never heard of Centauro before today.
I see Scott + sergeant are the stockists, so you may find any spares a doddle.
Please do a wip, if you can, we all love a good old wip!

How did you get on with the refurb in the end?

I picked up this exact bandsaw this morning. Mine looks in fairly good condition compared but I intend to give it a bit of a haulover.
