i brought an ostrich egg back from our last trip to OZ specifically to have a go at carving it but not got aroundtuit yet. probably onothe tick on the "retirement list" :roll: :lol:

I hate slideshows! I didn't page all the way through it, but surely there's an easy way to make this much less tricky.

Fill the empty egg with wax, let the wax set, carve away (this is still going to take some care). melt the wax out.
